CD/DVD drive not detected in Windows 10

I have newly installed WIndows 10 everything seemed to work great all drivers have been detected except CD/DVD drive. It's name is HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GT51N

This drive drivers have been working just fine in windows 7/8/8.1. Have no clue what to do.

I have tried everything mentioned in this post https://support.microsoft.com/lt-lt/kb/314060 nothing seems to help.

Try installing the AMD chipset drivers for Windows 10 from the following link which should install the AMD SATA driver:

http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Windows%2010%20-%2064

Some users are reporting the AMD SATA driver, which will replace the Windows built-in driver, resolves the issue.
